Mystery Box FAQ

When will my Mystery Box ship? We try to have the boxes out within 10 business days HOWEVER this is not always the case. These boxes are carefully fulfilled with handpicked items based off a profile. We receive shipments of clothing twice a month, if we feel we don't have anything in stock that suits your profile, we will wait for the following shipment to arrive. While we want to ensure you receive your box in a timely manner, we also want to make sure you get your moneys worth! You will receive an email once your box has shipped. We will never not have your box out before you subscription renews. 

How do I return? Returns are EASY! At the bottom of the website, there is a tab that says Return Center, click that tab and follow the prompts! Customers are responsible for any shipping fees. 

Can I return one item from my box and keep the rest? Yes!! However, in return, you will receive a replacement item. The only way you can receive a full refund is if you return the ENTIRE box.

How can I update my profile? When you originally sign up, you will fill out a questionnaire with your order. If you decide after then, you want to change your preferences, go to the Mystery Box tab on the site and click "Update Profile". The preferences you choose at check out WILL NOT rollover into your account profile so don't be discouraged if there is nothing selected when you login. YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT WHEN ORDERING YOUR BOX. When you go to update your profile, you will be required to login into your account. If you have not already created an account on the website, you will need to do so first before you can access your updated profile. Once you have created/logged into your account, hit "edit options". 

Can I skip a month? Yes! When you subscribe, you will receive instructions on how to skip, cancel, and reactive your profile. If you have any trouble doing this, you can contact us via email or on The Mud Honey Facebook page and we will take care of it for you!

What if I have been a subscriber in the past and would like to resubscribe? You can resubscribe to your box in the same way you cancelled it. However, if you have any trouble, let us know and we will re activate it for you!
