Returns & Return Policy

We offer one of the most flexible return policies in the fashion industry!

Returns: Before mailing your package in, read the policy in full, below. If your order does not qualify for a return, please do not send it in. Otherwise, your return will be denied and you will be responsible for paying the shipping charges to send it back to you.

Your return does not need to be approved, however, if your return goes against our return policy, it will be denied and you will be responsible for paying the postage necessary to send it back to you. Please make sure you keep your return receipt with the tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost packages. 

On custom bleached items, please understand it is physically impossible for all items to look the exact same. Appearance will differ on each tee but we strive to keep them as close as possible to the photo being advertised. Actual product colors may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an images color. 

All returned items must be back to our warehouse within 14 business days upon receiving the order. Anything received after 14 business days will be denied. If the return is denied, you will be responsible to call and pay for the return shipping fee. If the denied return is not claimed within 30 business days, it will be donated to charity. All promotional/flash sale items may be return for store credit only! We do not issue refunds for those. We do not cover any shipping costs, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

 

Exchanges: We cannot guarantee an exchange. It depends on if an item is in stock. 

 

Non-Returnable Items: There are certain items that cannot be accepted. The following are non-returnable.

  • All Items with clearance in the name are final sale items.
  • Due to hygienic purposes, the following items will be final sale, no exceptions: earrings, leggings, yoga pants, swimwear, undergarments, bras, bandeaus, hair accessories, hats, beanies, socks, and eyewear.
  • Items returned that are over the 14 business days allotted.
  • Items that smell of smoke.

 

Return Processing Time: Once we receive your return it can take 3-5 business days for it to be processed and for the store credit to be applied to your customer account. You will be emailed by our returns department once your store credit is issued to that customer account.

 

Damaged Items: If you believe you have received a damaged item, you have 3 business days (including weekends) to contact us about the damage. Please do not just send it back. Email themudhoneys@gmail.com with pictures of the damage, a description of the damage, and a picture of your invoice.
