Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, holidays, launches, and custom items.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Final Sale Policy
All sales are final sale.
We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been shipped from our warehouse.
Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted on eligible items; however, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including:
- Return shipping back to us
- Shipping costs for the replacement item
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify for an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We offer a 10-day money-back or exchange guarantee for:
- Orders received with obvious damage
- Incorrect items received
Claims for damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

- Photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Claims submitted outside of the 3-day reporting window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
