Our Story

Built From the Good Stuff

Mud Honeys + Mud Hounds is more than a business to me. It’s a rebuild.

I’m a single mom to two boys, a designer, a maker, a dreamer, and someone who has spent a lot of years figuring out how to build a life that lets me do work I love without missing the life happening right in front of me.

For years, I’ve poured myself into creating—designing tees, chasing ideas, building businesses, starting over, learning as I go, and probably making things way more complicated than they ever needed to be.

This chapter is different.

Bringing Mud Honeys and Mud Hounds together is my way of bringing this business back to life while getting back to what I wanted from it in the first place: simplicity, creativity, freedom, and a good life with my boys.

I want to make a living doing something I genuinely enjoy. I want to work hard, but I don’t want to spend my entire life working. I want afternoons outside, creek days, ballgames, garden dirt under our fingernails, little road trips, slow weekends, and the freedom to say yes when my kids ask me to go do something fun.

And I want this business to reflect more of that life.

That’s why Mud Honeys + Mud Hounds is becoming more than a place to buy a good graphic tee.

You’ll still find plenty of those around here—but you’ll also find pieces of the lifestyle that inspires them. The outdoors. The garden. Southern traditions. Hunting and fishing. Good food. Old things. Handmade things. Home. Holidays. Family. Adventure. A little nostalgia. A little humor. And all the ordinary things that somehow end up being the best parts of life.

Some things will be for the Honeys. Some will be for the Hounds. And a whole lot of it will simply be for people who believe life doesn’t have to be fancy to be really, really good.

I’m not building this version of the business to chase bigger just for the sake of being bigger.

I’m building it to build a life.

One that supports my family. One that gives me room to create. One that lets my boys grow up watching their mom build something she believes in—and, more importantly, lets me be there while they’re growing up.

So this is the rebuild.

A little simpler. A lot more intentional. And probably with two boys somewhere nearby making a mess while I’m trying to get something done.

Welcome to Mud Honeys + Mud Hounds.

Good tees. Good dirt. Good days. And everything in between.
